Build a skilled workforce and long-term manpower strategy.Business Partnership Maintain organization fill rate. Strengthen onboarding touchpoints. Drive talent reviews.Productivity Improvement Design and lead productivity projects in collaboration with CFT.Required skillsets and Education:Qualification: MBA (HR / MLM) Knowledge: Labour Laws, IR, ER, HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel Experience: 12- 15 years of experience
