This leader will drive our strategic account management efforts, fostering robust client partnerships and spearheading initiatives to maximise customer value and retention. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore and possess extensive experience managing large enterprise accounts (preferably in e-commerce, B2B distribution, or procurement tech sectors).Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing key accounts team to deliver exceptional client value.Own end-to-end major client relationships, acting as the principal point of contact for strategic accounts across industries such as F&B, retail, eCommerce, and fashion.Develop and implement comprehensive account growth strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.Analyze account performance, operational metrics, and market trends to inform business decisions and risk mitigation.Forge strong alignment with product, operations, and supply chain functions to ensure optimal delivery and innovation for clients.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts, driving DealBerg’s market expansion.Represent DealBerg at industry forums, client meetings, and strategic partnership discussions.Serve as a champion for customer-centricity, continuously enhancing our solutions to exceed client expectations.Qualifications6+ years of experience managing key/major accounts in B2B, procurement tech, e-commerce, or related sectors.Demonstrated experience in team leadership, business development, and strategic customer engagement.Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, supply chain, or a related field)Based in Bangalore, available for full-time, in-office leadership.Why Join DealBerg?Be at the forefront of transforming business procurement in India.Work within a rapidly growing, tech-driven company with a collaborative, ambitious culture.Get exposure to some of India’s leading brands and manufacturers.Drive high-impact initiatives across diverse sectors and products.Apply if you are a growth-oriented leader with a passion for customer success, business innovation, and team excellence — and ready to take DealBerg’s Key Accounts program to new heights.This will be a WFO role based in Sector 3, HSR Bangalore.
