We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with expertise in event management, digital marketing, and content creation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end marketing operations, drive brand engagement, and ensure seamless execution across multiple platforms and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.Oversee daily marketing operations and manage multi-channel campaign execution.Create and manage social media content, engage audiences, respond to inquiries, and handle online communication to maintain a positive brand presence.Develop visuals and videos using AI tools; manage photography and videography projects.Support 3D video creation and integrate outputs with Matterport or similar technologies.Utilize CRM systems to manage customer engagement, retention, and lead tracking.Manage website operations, including Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO optimization.Oversee procurement and tracking of marketing materials, handling logistics and inventory coordination.Design and execute eDM campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing initiatives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear, actionable reports.Manage marketing budgets and provide regular expenditure updates.Candidate ProfileExperience: 5–10 years in marketing, preferably in a senior or lead role.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive, creative, and results-oriented.Attributes: High sense of ownership, teamwork, and accountability to achieve organizational goals.Technical Proficiency: CRM tools, Google Ads/Analytics, SEO, AI-based design tools, Mailchimp, and Matterport integration.
