The ideal candidate should be passionate about working withB2B technology clients and background in Agency only , managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing on assigned accounts. Manageclient briefings , gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams. Coordinate withcreative, design, content, and strategy teamsto ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects. Support in the preparation ofstrategy presentations, proposals, and reportsfor clients. Oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met. Assist in organizing and managingevent-related deliverablesin coordination with clients and internal teams. Maintain strong client relationships with a focus onB2B technology brandsand ensure client satisfaction at every stage.Available to Join Immediately or within 15 daysRequirements 0–1 year of experience inclient servicing/account management , preferably withB2B technology clients . Strong interest in working withB2B brands and tech-driven campaigns . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Comfortable working full-time from office and available to support on12–15 weekends annuallyfor events. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
