Role Description   The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential business clients. It should be focused on building and nurturing client relationships through proactive outreach, detailed market research and effective lead management. And also for upcoming challenges, it should not be restricted to offline sales but also responsible for developing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, facilitating lead generation platform like  99   acres, Magic Bricks, Housing etc.  for sharing property listings, create property microsites, generate leads and connect with the large number of potential clients globally. Roles & Responsibilities: i) Ability to plan & execute social media pages, run ads and create contents to generate leads. ii) Ability to handle digital platforms like  99 acres, Magic Bricks, Housing etc.  in order to share property listings, provide virtual tours, monitoring it on a regular basis and generate leads. iii) Identifying potential clients through cold calling and other different platforms and understand their needs and offer suitable properties. iv) Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends & make decisions to overcome it. v) Ability to implement effective planning, scheduling & executing sales projects through SEO best practices. vi) Ability to sell properties by arranging site visits, providing virtual tours and achieve monthly sales targets. vii) Assist in preparing sales agreements, legal documents & completing paperwork. viii) Ability to keep track on missing targets and action plans. ix) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Prepare and update client cards for all key clients. x) Assist in team handling and monitoring the team members from time to time. The candidate must have sales experience in Real Estate business. Qualifications UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in any Specialization PG: MBA/PGDM in any Specialization Experience: 2 to 5 years Salary Range: 2.5 - 3 lacs per annum Industry Type: Real Estate
