Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the agro products industry, particularly in the Fruit and Vegetable sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in the Fruit and Vegetable supply chain industry by offering our SAAS solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Penetration: Strategically drive market expansion by targeting new clients within the agro sector and growing our presence in existing markets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor sales performance, KPIs, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on agro products, particularly in the Fruit and Vegetable sector.
- Prior experience in selling SAAS solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding client portfolios in the agro products or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
