Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Job Description :- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.- Be a productive member of the team.Requirements :- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition (introduced in late 2024), including configuration and implementation.- Strong knowledge of Data Cloud integration to enable scalable customer engagement.- Expertise in advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Unified SMS/WhatsApp conversations, Journey path experimentation, Predictive AI for engagement and frequency optimization, Advanced automation and personalization capabilities.- Experience with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including supporting migrations from Account Engagement to Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition.- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to work independently and autonomously without close supervision.- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with precision and scalability in mind.Benefits :- A challenging, innovating environment.- Opportunities for learning where needed.
