We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth and performance of our sales across third-party platforms, retail channels, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic planning, relationship management, and operational execution to accelerate our multi-channel presence.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement channel strategies across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit), offline retail, and marketplaces.
  • Identify new partnership and distribution opportunities to expand reach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and evolving market trends to inform channel decisions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue targets through promotions, campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
  • Optimize product assortment, margins, and availability across platforms.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators: sales velocity, AOV, conversions, and profitability.

Relationship Management

  • Manage communication and collaboration with channel partners, distributors, and retail teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to meet channel needs.

Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring

  • Oversee accurate listings, product content, and visual assets across platforms.
  • Forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely replenishments.
  • Generate regular MIS reports and insights for leadership review.

Brand Visibility & Consistency

  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all partner channels.
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns.

Key Qualification and Skills:


  • 3–6 years of experience in channel management into offline retail and e-commerce (preferably in a D2C or consumer brand environment)
  • Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
