Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Kranium HR Services Pvt Limited in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations of different clients operating in a hybrid ( remote and onsite) model. The role will be responsible for:
- Managing the HRMS software of the client
- Managing the data in the HRMS
- Driving the onboarding and off boarding through the HRMS
- Driving the recruitment process of the client
- Running the payroll on time and accurately
- Creating MIS and dashboards and taking data based decisions alongside the Senior Consultants
- Interacting with the clients and being accountable for the mutually agreed deliverables.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent
- Relevant experience of atleast 2 years
- Exceptional hands on experience in HRMS tools ; preferably Greythr; Zoho People
- Exposed to advanced usage of google work space - collaboration tools ; gsheet; etc
- Exposure to social media hiring apart from using traditional job portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various clients simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
