The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business, managing accounts, and generating leads with clients being a mix of CEO's of SME entrepreneurs to Business Heads of large cap companies.Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to new and existing clients, negotiating sales contracts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and attending industry events to network and generate leads.Qualifications 3-4 years experience in Media & Events Sales and Sales Skills Proficiency in New Business Development and Account Management Skills in Lead Generation Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills in person and over the phone Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team reporting into the Sales Head Excellent telephone manner and command of written and oral English is vital Ability to think for oneself when confronted with challenges and hurdles Intentionality and commitment to producing excellent results Experience in the media and events industry is a plus Get S done attitude is paramount, problem finders should not applySalary: INR 3.5 - 7 lakhs p.a. depending on experience
