Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist
About the Role: We're looking for experienced Cold Calling Specialists who can turn cold prospects into warm leads through effective communication and persistence. Proven experience calling US markets with demonstrated native_/neutral American_ accent and deep understanding of American_ business culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily
- Follow structured cold calling scripts with room for personalization
- Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
- Document all call outcomes in CRM
- Generate qualified appointments for the sales team
- Conduct basic prospect research before calls
Requirements:
- Must possess _native/neutral American_ accent with proven US market experience
- High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
- 1+ year of cold calling experience
- Neutral English accent
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
