Job Title: Technical Recruiter with Vendor Management Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with strong vendor management expertise to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, vendor coordination, and a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process and optimizing relationships with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Recruitment:
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various technical roles across multiple domains.
  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify top talent.
  • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  1. Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly and streamline vendor lists to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage vendor escalations and ensure compliance with agreed terms and service levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor deliverables to meet organizational hiring goals.
  1. Recruitment Operations:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
  1. Strategic Initiatives:
  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking sessions.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless communication and timely feedback to all parties involved.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in technical recruitment across IT roles.
  • Proven vendor management expertise, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like Recruiter, Naukri, or other job portals.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations in India.
  • Exposure to Agile recruitment methodologies.
