Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to join our Strategy & Consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in life sciences consulting, deep expertise in secondary research methodologies, and a proven ability to lead projects and teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a business-focused mindset and the ability to deliver actionable insights to clients.

What your day would look like:

• Brainstorm with onshore teams and clients to understand business requirements and co-create solutions for complex specifications.
• Execute and manage ad-hoc research requests such as:
• Competitive intelligence
• Market assessment and landscape studies
• Industry and pipeline analysis; Clinical trials analysis (phases, design, MoA, endpoints)
• KOL mapping
• Engage in all project phases—from requirement gathering and methodology development to delivery and solution building.
• Perform advanced analysis using large volumes of sales and patient-level datasets.
• Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and IQVIA data assets to derive and present actionable insights.
• Act as a client advocate—thinking from their perspective to enhance business value

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping and design to analysis, synthesis, and final recommendations
• Manage project delivery with a focus on profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct and guide in-depth desk research using pharma-specific sources (e.g., prevalence/incidence data, drug pipelines, investor reports, formulary guidelines)
• Define and implement competitive intelligence and pipeline assessment frameworks.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling storyboarding and presentations
• Collaborate closely with global and onshore teams to understand business context and deliver client-ready outputs
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, handling challenging situations with structured thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to innovation within the team
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of total experience, with a strong background in life sciences consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing consulting projects and teams.
• Deep knowledge of secondary research methodologies in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align research with client objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (storyboarding a must) and intermediate Excel skills.
• Exposure to project management principles and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with IQVIA data assets and tools is a plus.
• Background in life sciences, pharmacy, or business (MBA, MPH, or equivalent preferred).
