Job Description :: GIVA - Associate Product Manager (Growth)


Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Product Manager to join our

dynamic brand. As an associate product manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the

success of our customer facing products, namely GIVA website and app, and ensuring their

optimal performance in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing

effective strategies that enhance product awareness, improve conversions and maximize

revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance the

customer experience on the website/app, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey

from product discovery to checkout. Conduct & monitor A/B tests for continual

improvement.


Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on ecommerce industry trends,

best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the GIVA’'s

product marketing efforts.


Product Launch Management: Lead and execute successful product launches and

sprint cycles, including app build cycles,, from planning to execution. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams, including tech, ops, CS etc. to ensure seamless and

impactful launches.


Product Strategy and Positioning: Develop a comprehensive product marketing

strategy aligned with the brand's vision and business objectives. Define and

articulate unique selling propositions, product positioning, and target customer

segments.


Product Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies for product upselling, cross-

selling, and lifecycle management to maximize customer lifetime value.


Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance, app traffic

(DAU/MAU), and sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve overall conversion rates.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field

● 0-1 years of experience in analytical or product roles

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven

decisions.

● Drive to hustle and experiment consistently is a must-have

● Willingness to learn

● Willing to take up ownership and accountability

● Results-oriented, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced and rapidly changing

environment.

● In-depth knowledge of ecommerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital

marketing strategies is good to have

● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful

completion.

● Proficiency or experience in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and

ecommerce platforms like Figma, GA4, Moengage is a plus


NOTE:- We are looking applicants with 0 to 1 yr of experience and the max budget is 12 LPA.
