**Job Title**: Product Associate - (CFA L1 / Consulting Case Expert / Subject Matter Expert)

**Location**: Bangalore, India

**Department**: Product Development

**Reports To**: Product Manager / Head of Product Development

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Case Review & Analysis: Scrutinize and dissect management consulting cases, drawing out essential insights and patterns that can be utilized by our AI tool.

Feedback Mechanism Development: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate case insights into a robust, user-centric feedback mechanism within the product.

Product Enhancement Suggestions: Collaborate with product and tech teams to incorporate case insights and recommendations into the product's strategy and design.

Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with Customers (case interview practitioners), sourcing and integrating their feedback to continually refine the product.

Market & Financial Analysis: Use CFA Level 1 knowledge (if applicable) to integrate financial understanding into product strategy, ensuring market relevancy.

Feedback Integration: Channelize user feedback to develop and refine product features in line with user expectations.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on AI advancements, edtech trends, and the ever-evolving landscape of management consulting case preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- CFA Level 1 qualification (or) Proven track record of case-solving and reviewing expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Excel and other statistical tools for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

**Key Competencies**:

- Proficiency in reviewing and solving management consulting cases.
- Financial acumen (preferably from CFA learning or equivalent experience).
- Adept at translating feedback and insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Collaborative mindset complemented by effective communication skills.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about AI-driven product nuances.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CPA LEVEL 1 QUALIFICATION: 1 year (preferred)
- Proficiency with Excel: 2 years (preferred)
