Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Collaborate with credit, risk, technology, and business teams to deliver seamless lending solutions. Enhance digital lending journeys, customer experience, and operational efficiency through product innovation. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competition to ensure continuous improvement. Drive compliance and alignment with RBI/NBFC regulatory frameworks. Mentor and guide the product team to achieve excellence in delivery and execution. --- Key Requirements 15+ years of experience in product management within the NBFC or Fintech sector. Proven expertise in Business Loan (Secured & Unsecured) product development. Strong understanding of lending lifecycle, credit risk, policy formulation, and digital product design. Demonstrated success in building scalable lending products and digital platforms.
