We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities:  Customer Engagement: o Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store. o Build strong customer relationships by understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable jewellery options. o Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed decisions.  Sales: o Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the brand's products. o Upsell and cross-sell jewellery pieces to maximize sales opportunities. o Effectively handle queries and objections to close sales transactions.  Product Knowledge: o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the jewellery collections, gemstones, precious metals, and current trends. o Educate customers on the quality, craftsmanship, and features of the jewellery.  Store Operations: o Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked. o Assist with inventory management and replenishment of stock. o Help in visual merchandising by arranging products to create a visually appealing displa Qualifications & Skills:  Experience: o 1-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.  Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to persuade and influence customers. o Good negotiation and closing skills. o Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and luxury trends is a plus.  Personal Attributes: o Professional appearance and demeanor. o Passion for jewellery and luxury products. o Customer-focused with a strong sense of empathy and patience
