Role Overview: The Marketing Executive will play a key role in organizing and executing marketing activities, with a special focus on senior citizen communities. This role involves coordinating awareness programs, managing content creation, and ensuring the company's digital presence is maintained and optimized. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare marketing, creativity in content creation, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement and Program Organization:
- Plan and organize health camps and awareness programs specifically tailored for senior citizen communities.
- Develop and implement special programs that orient seniors on various health concerns related to aging, with a particular emphasis on hearing loss.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community leaders to ensure successful program execution.
2. Content Coordination and Creation:
- Work closely with the video production team to generate content ideas for videos, reels, and other digital content focused on hearing loss and related health topics.
- Research and gather relevant information for posts, ensuring regular and timely updates.
- Create and maintain a social media planner in consultation with the video production team, aligning content with marketing goals.
3. Digital Marketing and SEO:
- Liaise with the SEO team to ensure optimal online presence and drive traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and review Google reviews, addressing any negative feedback promptly and effectively to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Capture video testimonials from satisfied clients for use in marketing materials and online platforms.
4. Design and Continuous Improvement:
- Design and oversee the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials.
- Continuously seek out and implement ways to enhance the effectiveness of the marketing department, including staying updated on the latest marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a focus on generating engaging and relevant content.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and SEO principles.
- Experience in designing marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
