**Sales and Marketing Specialist (Stainless Steel Industry)**

**Position Overview**:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in promoting JNB steel industries stainless steel products, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share within the stainless steel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and penetrate new markets within the stainless steel industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the stainless steel market, including brochures, catalogs, website content, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats within the stainless steel industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase JNB stainless steel products and services, and to network with industry professionals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Represent JNB STEEL with professionalism and integrity, maintaining the company's reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality stainless steel products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the stainless steel industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit manufacturing facilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working for a stainless steel manufacturer or distributor.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and certifications (e.g., ASTM, AISI, ISO).
- Familiarity with stainless steel fabrication processes and techniques.
- Previous experience with international sales and export regulations.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if targeting global markets.
