The role involves customizing and enhancing ServiceNow modules to support IT operations and business processes.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, and customize core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and ITOM modules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.- Build and customize portal pages using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Manage and maintain the CMDB and ensure data integrity.- Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation for all developed components.- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features, perform upgrades, and provide ongoing application support.Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong understanding of platform capabilities.- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and deployment.- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP web services.- Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
