Role : Technical Project Manager/Lead

Role & responsibilities :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Lead, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

- Must have handled one big project through its multiple sprints

- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Strong technical skills in at least one programming language and one database IS MUST

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working with clients or stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD is must and Cloud is Must

Plus Skills :

- Experience with PHP ( CI ) and MySql is a definite plus

- Experience with AWS Elemental Media pipeline is a big advantage

- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure

- Experience with serverless computing, such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions

- Experience with containerization and container orchestration, such as Docker or Kubernetes
