This role requires hands-on experience in full-stack development, mentoring a team, and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.- Guide the transformation of legacy monolithic applications into microservices architecture.- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure seamless integration of services.- Mentor and support development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring high code quality through regular reviews.- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features, epics, and user stories, ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub.- Architect REST APIs and ensure efficient data handling for backend business logic.- Utilize modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, and Redux for developing dynamic user interfaces.- Automate testing and deployment processes to ensure smooth and reliable product releases.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), JavaScript (ReactJS, VueJS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Expertise in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Redux, and MUI.- Proficiency in backend frameworks and tools: Django, Flask, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.- Strong understanding of DevOps practices: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway.- Experience with data handling, cloud computing, and web development.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on participation in Agile ceremonies.- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects on time.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to Have:- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and data visualization tools like Plotly.- Knowledge of Selenium for automation testing.- Experience in building business intelligence dashboards and ETL pipelines.
