The individual in this role will take ownership of full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing bench sales candidates. Key responsibilities involve building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, managing hiring processes for clients, and maintaining strong communication with vendors and partners to achieve staffing goals. The Lead Bench Sales Recruiter will also support account management efforts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while delivering effective staffing solutions.Qualifications 4+ years expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting in USA/Canada Proven experience in Hiring and Account Management Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and maintain engagement with candidates and stakeholders Self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with IT consulting and staffing industry trends is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredApply at:hr@aadhyatechnologies.ca
