The role involves managing end-to-end banking transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely, compliant, and effective delivery of strategic outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, and/or related field.- 12+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years in Wholesale/Corporate Banking.- 7+ years of project management experience handling large-scale banking projects.- Strong knowledge of Corporate/Institutional Banking products and regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.- Certifications like PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex projects across Wholesale Banking domains.- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality.- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, relationship managers, product owners, and technology teams.- Oversee end-to-end execution: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Leverage strong expertise across Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury Products, and Supply Chain Finance.- Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.If you're a seasoned Project Manager with strong Wholesale Banking expertise and looking for an exciting opportunity in Muscat, we'd love to connect with you.
