Role: Central Operations Head (CentAI Preventive Diagnostics)Location: BengaluruAbout CentAICentAI is India's first full stack preventive diagnostics company focused on early detection before symptoms. Our AI powered multimodal platform integrates over 100 biomarkers, full body MRI, ultra low dose CT, DEXA, and ECG to detect more than 200 conditions including cancers, cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurological diseases. CentAI aims to become the gold standard in detection accuracy, trust, and preventive health technology.Role OverviewThe Central Operations Head will lead end to end service delivery across all CentAI centers and partner labs. This role is responsible for ensuring that every customer journey, from booking to scan to report, is smooth, reliable, and clinically precise. You will drive operational excellence, customer experience, process automation, and partner performance while building scalable systems for expansion.You will also lead the launch and operations of new CentAI centers across cities, setting up teams, processes, and quality standards that define the CentAI experience. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of strategic planning, execution rigor, and a deep obsession with service delivery and customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Oversee the complete post booking journey including scheduling, scanning, reporting, and doctor consultations - Drive operational excellence across centers and partner labs through strong process design and execution - Build and lead the operations organization, including center managers, partner coordinators, and quality teams - Design and implement systems for workflow automation, reporting, and SLA tracking - Own center launch readiness and operational setup including site selection, staffing, and process activation - Ensure a consistent and high quality consumer experience across all centers and touchpoints - Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and technology teams to align operations with clinical accuracy and system efficiency - Establish and monitor key metrics for performance, turnaround time, satisfaction, and compliance - Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across functions - Manage relationships and performance of external partners, labs, and vendors - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operational activitiesIdeal Background- 8 to 12 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or fulfillment in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, or consumer services - Proven track record of managing multi city operations or customer fulfillment networks - Strong understanding of process design, workflow automation, and partner management - Experience in scaling new centers, stores, or facilities from ground up preferred - Analytical, structured, and data driven with strong execution orientation - Excellent leadership and people management skills - Deep focus on consumer experience, quality, and reliabilityWhy Join CentAI- Lead the operations backbone of a category defining healthtech company - Build and scale India's most advanced preventive diagnostics network - Work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and service excellence - Own end to end delivery of a product that impacts lives at scale
