As a Sales Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce content creation.


Responsibilities:


1. Client Outreach and Relationship Building:

- Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and analysis.

- Engage in outreach activities, including emails and calls, to introduce our services and establish initial connections.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.


2. Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the team to prepare sales presentations and proposals.

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.


3. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential client needs.


5. Communication and Coordination:

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project handovers.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with ongoing promotional activities.


6. Learning and Development:

- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of e-commerce content creation and sales strategies.

- Seek feedback and continuously improve sales skills.


Qualifications:


- Current enrolment in a relevant business, marketing, or communications course.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce, sales and marketing.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Creative thinker with a keen interest in sales and content creation.
