We are seeking a skilled SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant to support and enhance supply chain operations by leveraging SAP SCM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP modules related to supply chain processes and a strong understanding of logistics and operations management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support SAP SCM modules, including APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization), TM (Transportation Management), or EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.

- Optimize supply chain processes, such as demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SCM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure the adoption and efficient use of SAP SCM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SCM configurations and processes.

- Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

- Stay updated on SAP SCM innovations and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

- Proficiency in at least one key SAP SCM module : APO, TM, or EWM.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

- Experience with SAP integration and data exchange techniques (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).

- Familiarity with debugging and resolving issues in SAP SCM workflows.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its supply chain functionalities.

- Knowledge of advanced SCM tools such as SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or SAP Ariba.

- SAP certifications in SCM or relevant modules.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
