About the Job: An Oracle Application R12 SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant is a specialized professional responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Oracle's R12 Supply Chain Management application for their clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configure the Oracle SCM application to meet those needs, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Title: Oracle Application SCM Consultant Location : Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai/Noida Educational Background : Masters/Professional Degree Key Responsibilities : Install and configure Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and more. Customize the application to meet specific business needs by creating and modifying workflows, reports, and dashboards. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements. Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and customizations. Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure users are proficient in using the Oracle SCM application. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses for existing users. Additional Requirements : Proven experience (typically 5+ years) working with Oracle R12 SCM modules. Experience in full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live support. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
