Job Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Implementation:
• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Optimization, etc.) to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated business planning processes.
2. Supply Chain Management:
• Help optimize supply chain planning by implementing IBP best practices.
• Provide input on supply chain processes including demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
3. Project Management:
• Lead or participate in SAP IBP implementation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet the client’s expectations.
4. Technical Expertise:
• Use SAP IBP tools like Control Tower, Planning Areas, Key Figure Calculations, Planning Views, and Alerts to manage supply chain processes.
• Integrate SAP IBP with other SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, or other third-party solutions.
5. User Training and Support:
• Provide training to end-users on SAP IBP functionalities.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP issues.
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
6. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvements within SAP IBP and suggest enhancements.
• Keep up with new SAP IBP functionalities and updates, recommending necessary upgrades or modifications to current systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP IBP: Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP IBP solutions.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM): Strong background in SCM processes, including forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex supply chain issues and provide effective SAP IBP-based solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Experience in leading or supporting large-scale SAP projects, managing deliverables, and working with stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP HANA, integration of SAP IBP with other SAP solutions like S/4HANA, and understanding of SAP cloud platforms.
