The role involves reaching out to potential exhibitors, explaining exhibition/event details, generating leads, and converting them into confirmed participants. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in telesales or event promotions.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors and explain upcoming exhibition/event details. Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain and update client databases (CRM). Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about exhibition participation, stall space, pricing, and event benefits. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-ups. Achieve weekly and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets. Send promotional emails and WhatsApp messages to prospective clients. Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager. Build long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or exhibition/event sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
