Lead Talent Acquisition (Engineering Hiring) Talent Acquisition (Engineering Hiring)We at Phenom are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition (Engineering Hiring).About Phenom:At Phenom, our purpose is to help a billion people find the right work.As an AI-powered Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform, we are redefining how companies attract, engage, and retain talent.With over 1,600 employees across six countries, were growing rapidly and looking for passionate talent professionals to fuel this journey.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring for our Engineering organization.In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and closing top engineering talent while partnering closely with business and technical leaders to build high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:- Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles across domains such as Software Development, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, QA, and DevOps.- Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent roadmaps.- Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and strategic outreach.- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Phenoms culture and brand.- Leverage data and analytics to track metrics, enhance efficiency, and drive process improvements.- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering capability development within the TA team.- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.What Were Looking For:- Proven experience in technical/engineering hiring, ideally within a product or technology-driven organization.- Strong expertise in sourcing and talent mapping using multiple platforms and strategies.- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.- A growth mindset, passion for people, and a deep understanding of how to build world-class engineering teams.Why Phenom?:- Be part of a purpose-driven organization impacting millions worldwide.- Work with cutting-edge AI and HR technology.- Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy, and people-first culture that celebrates innovation and results (ref:iimjobs.com)
