Job Title: Renewal Sales Manager Simulation IndustryKey Engage with existing customers via calls and emails to confirm ANSYS product renewals.- Visit customer locations to strengthen relationships and ensure a high satisfaction level.- Maintain accurate renewal records and track all activities in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve customer queries and facilitate smooth renewals.- Prepare and share quotations, following up to ensure timely renewal closures.- Monitor and maximize customer satisfaction scores through excellent service delivery.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.- Report renewal performance metrics and insights to management regularly.Required Skills & Simulation Software / Engineering Software Sales- Graduate in Business, or any discipline with MBA.- 3 -5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales (Software/ SaaS preferred).- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a plus).- Basic understanding of software licensing and subscription models.- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho (preferred).- Highly organized, target-oriented, and customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
