Description:About Us:Click here to know 'Who we are?Whats in it for you?As a first level management role this position provides an opportunity to display your technical and people management skills by ensuring complete seamless operational delivery along with your team.Being a firm that is driven by ownership, innumerable occasions shall come your way to strategizing client delivery, improve processed, encourage research etc. for your projects - all in all a whole rounded elevating experience.This role is not restricting you to anyone sector is an attempt that we make to ensure you have an all-rounded experience in different sectors/industries as well as assignments across geographies India, USA, France, UK, Germany, etc.In addition, the freedom of operation will encourage you to test your limits and develop holistically.Technical Skillsets:Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit:- Accounting Good knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.- Tax Understanding of direct tax implications of transactions.- Financial Modeling Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models.- VBA/Marcos knowledge preferred.- The candidate shall be assisting the Transaction Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:.- Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.- On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.- Financial modelling for infrastructure projects.- The fair market value of intangibles such as brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles.- Support in-house Due Diligence Team on transactions.To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have:- Should have some experience in valuation from either Big 4 or reputed valuation firm.- 5-6 years of experience in doing different types of valuation.- Oral and written communication should be good.- Analytical capability and the ability to think strategically.- Strong team player and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly.- Open to significant variety in assignments.- Must exhibit a strong learning curve.Your Interaction With Us Will Involve:- Technical interview.- Assessment (Technical, Behavioral etc).
