**Technical skillsets**:

- Accounting - Good knowledge of accountingand reading financial statements.
- CA Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Business Valuation
- Financial Modeling -Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building businessvaluation models. VBA/Marcos knowledge preferred.
- Corporatetransactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
- On variousregulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
- Financialmodelling for infrastructure projects.
- The fairmarket value of intangibles such as brand value, customer contracts, patents,research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles
- Supportin-house Due Diligence Team on transactions

**_ To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,_**
- Should have some experience in valuation from either Big 4 or reputed valuation firm.
- 1-2 yearsof experience in doing different types of valuation.
- BusinessValuation Experience preferred
- ClientManagement
- Teamhandling experience
- Oral andwritten communication should be good.
- Analyticalcapability and the ability to think strategically
- Strong teamplayer and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly.
- Open tosignificant variety in assignments
- Mustexhibit a strong learning curve
