As part of this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive innovative shopper marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Management team to maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and major supermarkets across multiple countries.
  • Work alongside the in-house insight and shopper marketing department to identify key target consumers, retailers, and markets.
  • Collaborate across departments to foster cross-sector cooperation.
  • Engage with appointed public relations agencies to ensure effective communication strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (marketing, regulatory, logistics, supply chain, finance) and external stakeholders (retailers, artworkers, and others) to ensure the seamless execution of comprehensive campaigns.
  • Liaise with external experiential agencies to manage sampling activities effectively.
  • Develop and execute Shopper Marketing plans across various channels, including retailer.com initiatives.
  • Manage the development of communication for both B2B and B2C activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with retailer media contacts and explore cross-category collaborations.
  • Analyse competitor and consumer activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Extract valuable insights from Shopper and .com campaigns for future planning.
  • Work closely with chosen agencies/3rd party suppliers for shopper-focused campaigns, creative development, and messaging, ensuring accountability for success.
  • Manage trade spend and allocate Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across channels.
  • Segment the customer base and optimize channel strategies in collaboration with P&Ls.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting retailer needs and expectations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability to foster business partnerships.
  • Creative thinking and lateral problem-solving.
  • Analytical skills for extracting insights from campaigns.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Background in FMCG, ideally with exposure to the food sector.
  • Familiarity with international markets and retailer management.
