Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in all aspects of SEO and social media management, including technical audits, keyword research, content creation, and more. This role is crucial in driving both organic and social traffic and requires a proactive individual with a thorough understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Job Location: Baner-Balewadi, Pune (Position involves handling business development for North America)

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO and Social Media Management: Implement strategies to enhance search engine rankings and social media presence.
  • Technical Website Audits: Regularly perform technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure the website's optimal performance.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content strategies and improve visibility.
  • Content Development: Research and create engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs and social media platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze website data and user engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on the digital marketing efforts and outcomes.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Execute on-page SEO best practices and manage off-page link-building activities.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize platforms such as SEMrush, Keyword Planner, Canva, and Google Tag Manager effectively.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education and Certification: Must possess a certification in digital marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to conduct website audits and in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Content Creation: Exceptional writing skills with experience in crafting engaging blog and social media content.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as SEMrush and Keyword Planner.
  • Creativity: Skilled in using Canva for creating visually appealing digital content.
  • Personality Traits: A winning attitude with a proven track record of getting things done effectively and efficiently.
