Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and target audience.

2. Perform competition benchmarking to identify industry best practices and areas for improvement.

4. Plan and execute effective advertising campaigns using Meta ads, including developing campaign strategies, conducting A/B testing, and implementing retargeting strategies via pixel.

5. Stay updated with the latest algorithms and updates across all major social media platforms

6. Monitor and analyze the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and strategies that align with overall business goals.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their latest algorithms,

3. Knowledge of Meta ads and other social media advertising tools.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
