Your goal is toengage, consult, demonstrate value, and help close deals— not by pushing products, but by solving real business challenges.This is afull-time, on-site rolebased at our Bengaluru office. You’ll focus on researching, prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a healthy pipeline, while collaborating closely with the senior sales team to achieve revenue goals.About the Responsibilities Lead Research: Collaborate with the Market Research team to identify and research potential customers using online research tools and databases, CRM data, and campaigns; build prospect lists aligned to ICPs. Outbound Outreach: Connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other suitable mediums; personalize outreach to drive engagement. Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects using the BANT framework to prioritize qualified leads. Consultative Selling: Engage with decision-makers at Indian consumer brands to understand their sales, distribution, and channel engagement challenges. Pipeline Management: Track leads, activities, outcomes in CRM; maintain accurate records, tasks, and reporting. Deal Support: Partner with senior sales team member on follow-ups and assist in progressing opportunities. Collaboration: Work with product, marketing and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversions.Ideal Profile 2–4 years experience in sales with focus on lead prospecting and qualification Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Consultative selling mindset with ability to engage decision-makers Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), sales funnels, and B2B buying cycles Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior SaaS sales experience and exposure to Indian MSMEs is a plusWhy Consider Nexxio?
