Proactive Outreach & Upselling – Identify high-value customers, craft personalized sales strategies, and send targeted WhatsApp/email offers to drive repeat sales. Marketing Support & CRM Automation – Run broadcast campaigns and emailers via marketing tools like Contlo to keep customers engaged. Shopify & Easycom Mastery – If you know Shopify and Easycom, you’ll be a game-changer in helping us streamline processes and maximize conversions. Customer Reviews & Brand Trust – Engage with customers post-purchase, encourage positive reviews, and resolve queries to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.What You Need to Succeed:Exceptional Sales & Communication Skills – You love talking to customers and can convince them to buy effortlessly. Fluent in English & Hindi – You can engage, sell, and build relationships in both languages. Data-Driven Mindset – If you can analyze Shopify cohort data to improve retention, you’re a rockstar Shopify & Easycom Experience (BIG Advantage) – Prior experience in Shopify, Easycom, and CRM tools will give you a major edge.
