Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of a training strategy across the entire firm. The key objectives are to develop the product knowledge, technical skills and industry knowledge of both MCO’s growing workforce and MCO’s client base worldwide. This will include the delivery of both interactive and digital training through in-person and online training via the recently created MCO Academy. Training is delivered worldwide both remotely and in the firm’s offices in Dublin, New York, Texas, Chicago, Singapore and India.

As a Learning and Development Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:


· Development and implementation of a learning and development strategy for MCO employees and the client users of the MCO platform


· Oversight of the design of online and in-person courses


· Maintenance of a backlog of digital and instructor-led courses for completion.


· Project management of the delivery of the backlog of courses.


· Collaborate with MCO subject matter experts to identify gaps and develop and deliver instructor led and digital courses.


· Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high quality digital courses.


· Maintenance of metrics related to learning and development across MCO employees ​and MCO platform users.


· Generation of ​management reports on the completion of courses by employees and MCO users.


· Work with HR, line managers and customer success in relation to the setting and achievement of goals related to training for staff and MCO platform users. ​

Experience and Skills ​

· Experience in curriculum design and/or digital learning design such as e-learning, Instructor-led-training (ILT) and or social learning


· Proven track record in delivering training, especially digital / online for software products


· Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills


· Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills


· Superb verbal and written communication


· Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques


· Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of Management


· Great ability to work independently


· Problem solving abilities


· Experience in coaching at all levels of leadership


· High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust


· Experience working in a tech company


· Experience in a Capital Markets/Financial services organization is a plus
