We’re looking for an Operations Manager – Process Excellence to lead high-impact improvement projects, manage vendor governance, and drive service delivery at scale.What You’ll Do✔️ Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, and other improvement frameworks ✔️ Act as a subject matter expert in Continuous Improvement – toolkits, methodologies, and governance ✔️ Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle – from RFP to contract to billing & governance ✔️ Deliver cross-functional projects with Agile & traditional methodologies ✔️ Build process excellence practices in a hub-and-spoke model supporting multiple business units ✔️ Drive service governance, SLAs, KPIs, and performance management ✔️ Conduct CI/Lean trainings and capability-building programs️ Key Skills & ExpertiseLean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (mandatory) Expertise in DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, VSM, RCA, Control Planning Strong experience in process re-engineering, vendor governance, SLAs, and service delivery frameworks Tools: Minitab, MS Visio, Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Excel Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) – preferred ITIL or formal service management knowledge – added advantageBehavioral Competencies✅ Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders & vendor partners ✅ Analytical problem solver with structured thinking ✅ Adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven mindset ✅ Experience in change management & cross-functional leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business / Computer Science / Engineering (Master’s preferred)• 10+ years of experience, including: • 5+ years leading Lean Six Sigma projects • 2+ years in service management rolesThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on efficiency, innovation, and transformation within a global-scale organization.If you have the right expertise and are ready to take your career to the next level, apply today or share your profile
