Project Manager – ERP Implementation & Process ExcellenceLocation:Bangalore, India Experience:Around 5 years Salary:₹4 – 5 LPA Department:Projects / Operations Reports to:Senior ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesLead theevaluation, selection, and implementationof ERP systems for manufacturing operations. Work closely with functional teams tomap existing processesand identify areas for improvement. Establishstandard operating procedures (SOPs)and process documentation across departments. Drivequality and process improvement initiativessuch asLean, Six Sigma, Kaizen , etc. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation. Identify productivity bottlenecks andimplement system-based solutionsfor efficiency enhancement. Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth ERP rollout. Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems and practices. Develop and trackKPIsto measure improvement in process performance and operational outcomes. Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Around5 years of experienceinproject management, process improvement, or ERP implementationwithin a manufacturing or process industry. Strong understanding ofmanufacturing operations ,supply chain , andprocess optimization . Familiarity withERP systems(SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Working knowledge ofLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems . Excellentanalytical, communication, and coordinationskills. Strongeye for detail , ability toexecute and get things implemented . Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work across multiple departments.
