Reporting and Analytics Development:

- Design, develop, and implement custom reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, such as Ad Hoc Reporting, Advanced Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities.

- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand reporting needs and create tailored reports to track key HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, and learning.

- Develop and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights that align with business objectives.

Analytics and Insights:

- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic HR initiatives, such as talent management, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion.

- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems that enable stakeholders to access real-time data and analytics.

Custom Report Development:

- Create and modify advanced custom reports, including composite reports, dashboards, and real-time analytics to support business decision-making.

- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors' reporting capabilities to track key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, performance ratings, training completion, and compensation analysis.

- Provide recommendations on report structure, format, and visualizations for maximum effectiveness and usability.
