Role Description :
- As business head for B2B Suppliers, you will be responsible for acquiring new large clients pan India, developing quotations, overseeing operations, analyzing supply chain efficiency, communicating with stakeholders.
- You will come with a network of potential clients who are large suppliers and / or exporters of perishable foods like shrimps and fresh produce.
- You would have handled the operations including primary, mid mile and 3PL for such clients.
- This is a full-time on-site role based out of Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai /NCR
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new large-scale B2B clients specifically within the space of perishable food suppliers and exporters (e.g, shrimp, fresh produce).
- Leverage your extensive network to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals that demonstrate JustDeliveries' value proposition and competitive advantage in meeting client needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.
- Manage existing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee the operational execution of client contracts, ensuring adherence to JustDeliveries' high standards and client-specific SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain efficiency for assigned accounts, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimization strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client satisfaction, and supply chain performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in B2B cold chain logistics, continuously seeking innovative solutions to add value for Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the logistics or cold chain industry, preferably with a proven track record of securing large-scale client partnerships.
- Deep understanding of cold chain operations, encompassing primary, mid-mile, and 3PL solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of the perishable food supply chain, particularly regarding the logistics and export requirements for products like shrimp and fresh produce.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating, presenting, and negotiating complex cold chain solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address client pain points.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience with supply chain management software is a plus.
- Ability to travel periodically for client meetings
