Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Qlik BI Developer with advanced skills in NPrinting to join our analytics and reporting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence, data visualization, and report automation using QlikView/Qlik Sense and NPrinting. This role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI solutions and automated reports to drive business insights and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Qlik BI dashboards, reports, and applications using QlikView/Qlik Sense.
  • Configure and manage Qlik NPrinting for report automation, scheduling, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring accurate and insightful data delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Qlik data models, load scripts, and ETL processes.
  • Optimize performance of Qlik BI applications and reports for fast and accurate data access.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data, dashboards, and NPrinting reports.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Qlik BI solutions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest BI trends and tools, especially updates in Qlik and NPrinting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense development.
  • Mandatory experience with Qlik NPrinting for report generation and distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and business intelligence best practices.
  • Proficiency in developing ETL processes, data modeling, and scripting in Qlik.
  • Experience in data integration from multiple sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files).
  • Familiarity with performance tuning of Qlik BI applications.
  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other BI tools and reporting systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based BI solutions and data platforms.
  • Certification in Qlik BI or NPrinting is a plus.
