Job Description/Technical Competency:

1. Implementation of Stitchless Technology:

- Oversee the integration of Ultrasonic Welding, Hot Air and Hot Wedge Welding, and Adhesive Bonding technologies into garment production.

- Ensure seamless implementation and troubleshooting of stitchless technology in both new and existing product lines.

2. Product Design and Prototyping:

- Lead the design process for stitchless soft goods, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Manage the development of prototypes, including material selection and design validation.

3. Material Sourcing:

- Identify and source materials suitable for stitchless garment technology.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

4. Machinery and Tools Sourcing:

- Source and specify machinery required for stitchless technology implementation.

- Identify and acquire tools, dies, and peripherals necessary for design and production.

5. New Technology Development:

- Drive innovation in stitchless technology, exploring and integrating new techniques and materials.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

6. Product Improvement:

- Continuously assess and improve existing stitchless products and processes.

- Implement changes based on feedback, performance data, and emerging trends.

7. Design Transfer and Execution:

- Manage the transition of designs from concept to production, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

8. Product Design Change:

- Oversee and manage changes to product designs, ensuring they meet technical and market requirements.

- Document and communicate design changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

9. Orthotic Products Integration:

- Identify existing orthotic products that can be adapted to stitchless technology.

- Develop and implement strategies for integrating stitchless solutions into these products
