Job Title: Sr. Manager Academics


Key Accountability:


Lead the timetable coordination team to develop an optimized timetable, enhancing resource utilization for classrooms and online activities.

Utilize data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance program effectiveness and student experience.

Establish and maintain effective communication with Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), Directors, and unit heads.

Serve as a point of contact with various university offices, including IT, Careers Office, Office of Student Affairs, and Office of Academic Affairs.

Facilitate interaction between Fellows and these offices, ensuring smooth operations and support.

Address student queries and concerns, build rapport with faculty, and proactively resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.

Develop and maintain faculty performance metrics to support academic and research excellence institution wide.


Skills and Qualifications:


MBA with 8-15 years of experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of academic processes and higher education systems, both in India and abroad.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong grasp of the MS Office suite.

Experience in academic administration, timetable optimization, and team management.

Ability to utilize data for decision-making and program improvement.
