Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Pune, Kharadi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with strong skills in interview scheduling, cold calling, panel availability checking, and making presentations using Excel. Experience in domestic or US recruitment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interview Scheduling:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details and logistics.
  1. Cold Calling:
  • Reach out to potential candidates through cold calling to inform them about job opportunities.
  • Screen candidates over the phone to assess their suitability for open positions.
  1. Panel Availability Checking:
  • Confirm availability of interview panel members to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Communicate any changes or updates to the relevant parties promptly.
  1. Presentation Creation:
  • Create detailed PowerPoint presentations on interview schedules, hires, backouts, and rejections.
  • Maintain and update tracking sheets and reports using Excel.
  1. Candidate and Panel Coordination:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with recruitment team members to support hiring initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related roles.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic or US recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data management, reporting, and creating presentations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
  • Proactive: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is highly desirable.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
