**Role Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with tasks such as Job posting, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, building pipelines and scheduling interviews across different time zones for hiring teams.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members as well as hiring teams to support them with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Subject matter experience related to ATS administration and updates.
- Attract, engage, and select high-quality talent to meet the company's future needs using a variety of recruiting techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to exceed their recruitment needs through great internal customer focus.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to set up new and improve existing recruitment and hiring processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Prior work experience that involved helping coordinate recruitment and interviewing. Ideally, you've been involved in the hiring process in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- Proactive, highly organized, and extremely detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion and to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Human Resources is a plus
- Experience recruiting consulting; experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desired.
- Strong computer literacy especially in building and designing Excel spreadsheets is an asset.
- Good understanding of social media and social recruitment tools.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft office or Google suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
