Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in using Azure DevOps (ADO) tools for Salesforce, designing branching and migration strategies, and possess a strong understanding of DevOps best practices. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.

Role Essential Responsibilities

- Utilise Azure DevOps (ADO) tools for Salesforce CRM to manage development pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automated deployments.

- Design and implement branching and migration strategies for Salesforce projects to ensure efficient and error-free deployments.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to integrate DevOps processes and tools into the Salesforce environment.

- Monitor and optimise Salesforce environments to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, environment configurations, and pipeline failures.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on DevOps best practices and tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and Salesforce development.

- Experience And Knowledge Required Including Specific Functional, Product Or Domain

Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) tools specific to Salesforce CRM.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing branching and migration strategies for Salesforce.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.

- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements :

- Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) - This is a mandatory requirement.
